The first part of the facility includes the fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room. It is adjusted to meals preparation. In this room there is also a high quality air conditioner which gives coolness in the summer and heats the lower part of the apartment in winter. It has also the function of ionization of the air and is equipped in the newest set of filters. There are also wooden stairs which lead to the upper floor. From the kitchen you can go to one of two balconies situated in the apartment. It is big and spacious and equipped in the relaxation set.
